Dr. Keith S. West, DMD
Dr. West originally comes from Mesa, AZ. He graduated from Mountain View High School and went to Arizona State University for his undergraduate studies. Dr. West received his doctorate from Oregon Health & Sciences University in Portland, ORE. He has been practicing in Show Low since 2001.
Dr. West also served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He has been married to his wife Raunlyn (from Safford) since 1994 and presently has six children - Auralin, Taegun, Stewart, Ranell, Rulan, and Duncan. His hobbies include racquetball, hunting, camping, basketball and spending time with family.
Dr. Chad M Whiting, DDS
Dr. Chad Whiting was born in Lakeside and grew up in Holbrook. When he was 14 years old his family moved to Mesa and he attended Westwood High School. After graduating high school he served an LDS mission in Atlanta, Georgia. He received his bachelor's degree from Arizona State University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in 2003. He returned to Mesa after dental school where he practiced for 15 years. He and his family moved to Austin, TX where he practiced for 5 years. His family returned to Arizona in 2023 to join the Advanced Dental Care family.
Dr. Whiting and his wife Ashley were married in 1995 and have 4 children, 2 of whom are married and they have 3 grandsons.
Dr. Whiting loves golfing, hunting, fishing and anything outdoors, but mostly loves just being with his family.
Dr. Kenneth F. Rice, DMD
Dr. Rice is originally from Riverton, UT. He attended Brigham High School where he enjoyed playing basketball.
He continued his education at Weber State University in Ogden where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree. He served in the Naval Reserve from 1986-1995 and then attended the University of Louisville in Kentucky where he received his DMD.
Following graduation from U of L, he completed a one year residency program at Southern Illinois University. Dr. Rice has been living and working in the White Mountains since 1997.
He enjoys dentistry and is so grateful for his patients. Dr. Rice loves to be with his family and enjoys ANY sport, especially bicycling.
Griffin Whiting – Dental Assistant
Griffin joined our team in 2025, bringing prior experience from other dental offices and a genuine passion for helping patients feel comfortable during their visits. Originally from Gilbert, Arizona, he now calls Snowflake home and is applying to dental school to follow his dream of becoming a dentist. Outside the office, Griffin enjoys woodworking, operating heavy machinery, and taking on hands-on projects that combine creativity with precision. He loves being part of a close-knit community and looks forward to serving Snowflake for years to come.
Clarissa – Treatment Planner
My name is Clarissa. I grew up in Eagar Arizona and have been living in Show Low for 11 years. I have been in the dental field for over 8 years and love it. I have one daughter who is my world; we recently adopted our new German Shepard Charlie he is keeping us busy. We love to travel and visit family in our free time. A few of our hobbies are anything to do with being outdoors, puzzles, watching our favorite shows together and going to the Pour Station.

Nicole grew up in Marana, Arizona near Tucson. She loved the small town, everyone knows everyone living but when her family moved to Mesa, she followed to complete college. She worked at a few dental offices in the valley while doing her prerequisites for hygiene school, then in 2012, graduated from Rio Salado College with her Associates of Science in Dental Hygiene. Nicole met her husband, Travis after moving to Mesa and they were married a few years later. Together they have one son, Evan. Moving to the White Mountains has been a dream, they felt the pull to leave the city and raise their family in a small town. Her hobbies include reading, hiking, camping and spending time with her family.

My name is Teresa Hays, I work here at the front desk to provide you exceptional customer service and a smile. I have been married for 43 1/2 years to my wonderful husband . We have a beautiful family of 2 children, 4 grandchildren and 3 dogs. We have a small farm that I work on and love every minute of it.

Giovanna grew up in Show Low Arizona, she went to American Institute Of Dental Assisting to earn her certificate in dental assisting as well as her certifications in x rays, CPR, and side chair dental assistance. Being able to get to know each of our patients and strive to make them feel welcome, comfortable and happy by making sure they each have the best dental experience possible. Her free time consists of shopping, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. I am grateful to be a part of such a friendly and dedicated office. I take delight in working with each of our patients and am excited to meet and help you maintain a healthy smile!
