For affordable dental care, you can count on us. We accept CareCredit and most PPO dental insurance plans (View the list below to see some of the common insurance plans we accept). We also work with the Phoenix and Prescott VA to help 100% disabled veterans.
For those who do not have insurance or Care Credit, we offer the Dental Disount Plan. See below for more information, or call our office regarding this in house discount plan.

Our Dental Discount Plan
If you don't have dental care insurance, Advanced Dental Care offers a valuable discount plan for individuals and families. Please note that these discounts cannot be combined with insurance provider or CareCredit dental coverage.
Individuals
$330 annually
$165 semi-annual
Family
$1,500 annually
$175 semi-annual
- 2 Annual Cleanings
- Full Mouth X-rays
- Exams as Needed
Approximate Value of $500 per Person!
If you are a member of our In-House Dental Discount Plan, you will receive an additional discount of 20% on all procedures.
Payment is to be made annually or semi-annually. Agreements will be made for one year from sign up date with the option to renew annually. Family consists of head of household and dependents.
Dental treatment is to be paid in full on date of service to receive discount price.

We accept Delta Dental, Metlife, Aetna, Sunlife, Ameritas, Guardian, Connection Dental, United Concordia, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, and most other PPO plans.
